You may have either entered the wrong Username or password in Dial-Up-Networking.
To correct your Dial-Up-Networking username and password, do the following
1. Double-click the My Computer icon on your Desktop
2. Double-click Dial-Up Networking
3. Double-click the 'Netscape Online' icon
4. Type in the correct username and password in the relevant fields.
5. Click OK
Note: These will not be the same as your e-mail User Name and password. Your Account User Name and password are computer generated and would have been given to you when you signed up your Netscape Online account.
For Example,
User Name: 'avter8795@netscapeonline.co.uk'
Password: 'aqenster'
