Usually this means that you are not authorised to view the content of the site. Only the Site Administrator can change this.

If the page you were trying to view was on your own Netscape Online web page at:

http://members.netscapeonline.co.uk/username

then you probably don't have a page called either 'index.htm' or 'index.html'.
