Follow the instructions below if you receive this error message in Internet Explorer.
1. Open the Tools menu in Internet Explorer and click on Internet Options
2. Select the Connection tab
3. Click to highlight the Netscape Online connection listed in the 'Dial-up settings' box
4. Click the Settings button and remove the tick from the 'Use a Proxy Server' box
5. Click OK and then click OK again. You will need to restart Internet Explorer for the changes to take effect.
Note: These instructions could impact any other ISP (Internet Service Providers) that use Proxy Servers or Automatic Configuration. If you do have any other ISP's, you should make a note of your settings before you make any changes.
