I can't see one/all of my pages
If you can't see a page on your Webspace this could be due to a number of reasons:
1. Check that you have typed in the URL (Web address) of the Web page correctly. This will be similar to:
http://members.netscapeonline.co.uk/**/index.htm
(where '**' is your Netscape Online Username)
Make sure that you have typed in the correct name of the page (in this example "index.htm") in the correct
case and with the correct file extension (this could be .htm or .html).
Make sure that there are no spaces in the URL
2. Your page may have been withdrawn by Netscape Online for a breach of the Member Agreement. Check the
Membership Agreement page for information on what is acceptable use of a member
homepage.
When you upload (or FTP) to your Web space, make sure that the page you want people to see first is named:
index.html or index.html
This must be typed in lowercase letters only. This rule applies even if you only upload one page.
Failure to save your first page as a file called index.htm or index.html will result in the viewer getting
'forbidden' errors when trying to visit your site.
4. There may be a temporary outage of the Netscape Online Web pages. Check the
System Status page to see if there are any reports of problems.
