How to print or save a Web page for offline viewing

These instructions show you how to print or save a Web page for offline viewing.

Printing a Web page

Open the File menu in your browser window and click on Print.

Offline Viewing

1. Click to open the File menu and select Save As

2. Select a directory on your computer to save the page into.

3. Click on Save

Viewing a saved page

1. Select Open from the File menu

2. Click to highlight the file you wish to view and select Open.
